In July 2019, the series of lectures on “Nonlinear Elasticity Theory of Cosserat Plates” took place at FAU. Prof. Dr. Ajeet Kumar from the Department of Applied Mechanics at IITD offered a lecture twice a week from the 9th to the 23rd of July, for Computational Engineering and Mechanical Engineering students.

The project supervisors also met on the third of July, to discuss the state of the project, as well as possibilities for further successful collaboration between FAU and IITD.
